What is “Mind of Champions” & who am I?
Champions, although a rare breed among the masses, exist in surprisingly large numbers. There’s a bit of the raw DNA material within every single one of us. The challenge lies in mining that ore, in nurturing that seedling potential to thrive rather than survive. That’s why I started this blog – because it’s tough to consistently get out of our comfort zone and accomplish more  when we attempt to do it solo.  It often requires a nudge from a partner, the encouragement of peers, the wisdom of a coach, and the example of a mentor.

The purpose of this site is to explore championship thinking. Tear it apart. Analyze its components. More importantly, simplify the process and put the pieces into action more consistently and effectively. I’m Shawn Fairweather and over the course of 40ish years I’ve experienced setbacks and successes as a husband, competitive bodybuilder, business owner, software engineer, personal trainer, and fitness coach.

You and I probably have at least a few things in common. We’ve both tasted success and refuse to allow our failures to either hold us down or define us. We are determined to look for and adopt the champion mindset wherever it may be found- in sports, business, or everyday life. We’re looking for tools and methods that work, not theories or platitudes that just stir a warm fuzzy feeling. We want the nuts and bolts of championship. Something tangible we can sink our teeth into and actually put to use.

My goal is to provide the resources and tools so that together we cultivate bigger thinking. In doing so, those willing to work hard at the challenge will win more in life and develop the champion within.
